MATTHEW SPRINGHAM
Matthew established We Are Revolution in the year 2020 and remains actively involved in the company, providing hands-on support to the team. His management style revolves around a focus on systems and processes, ensuring the smooth operation of both the business and recruitment endeavors.
Beyond the world of recruitment, Matthew has other passions, including investment property, Landrover vehicles, the gym, spending time with his partner Wai San, children Jack and Liv, not to mention his French Bulldog named Nash.

Wai San takes immense pride in her ability to comprehend and engage with both candidates and clients, leading to successful placements. Her outstanding performance in recruitment earned her the prestigious Rookie Recruiter of the Year award from RDLC in her very first full year.
During her free time, Wai San cherishes moments spent with her family, friends, and beloved dogs. She possesses a passion for exploring diverse cultures and cuisines, having traveled to various places such as Thailand, the US, Ibiza, and Sri Lanka.
REBECCA
Rebecca finds fulfillment in recruitment as it enables her to positively impact people's lives by placing them in better positions.
In her approach to recruitment, Rebecca adds a personal touch by investing time to genuinely get to know her candidates and build strong, meaningful relationships with them.
Outside of work, Rebecca indulges in her passion for aerial sports, particularly aerial hoop and silks, which bring her joy and excitement.
ELLIOTT
Elliott excels in managing client relationships and consistently exceeds expectations. He enjoys spontaneous travel, exploring various countries in Europe to experience their football culture and cuisines.
Elliott is known for his impeccable style and attention to detail, always matching his socks and trainers to his outfit. As a royalist, he takes great pride in his encounters with the Queen, and queued for over 10 hours to pay his respects ahead of the funeral.
